Vacuum dryer with smoke equipment

Sublime, dark wood shades with the new WTT smoke dryer

Through a completely new process for treating tanning-bearing woods veneers, boards and strong massive timber planks are coloured out-and-out. The superior features of the well-known WTT vacuum dryer are thus combined with smoke equipment.

This technology represent a safe and environment-friendly plant, that is capable of through-colouring even thick planks within a short period and therefore in a cost-effective manner.

Oak is particularly suited for the purpose, but good results are also obtained with other wood species as for example, acacia, chestnut, pine, larch and tineo.

Should this trend towards wonderful, dark wood colours end, the operator still has a fully functional “normal” WTT vacuum dryer at his disposal.
